From June 11 to 14, Sylvestre participated in Naturaltech 2025, the largest event in Latin America dedicated to natural, organic, and sustainable products. Our presence at the show, in partnership with BHB Pocket, reinforced our commitment to staying connected with the leading players in the industry.

Throughout the four-day event, we had the opportunity not only to strengthen relationships with our clients and partners but also to explore the show floor and check out the latest innovations in the healthy food and beverage space. With an increasingly strong focus on the plant-based segment, Naturaltech brought together top brands showcasing solutions in categories such as: performance and wellness supplements, immunity-boosting products, plant-based dairy alternatives, functional coffees and natural energy drinks, and gummies with targeted health benefits.

Plant-Based on the Rise: More Protein, More Indulgence

One of the clearest trends among product launches was the focus on high-protein formulations—especially plant-based options. Consumer demand for satiety between main meals is fueling the development of new formulas made with functional and flavorful ingredients.

According to Research and Markets, the global plant-based products market is expected to surpass $77 billion by 2025, driven by the growth of veganism, increasing health consciousness, and technological innovation in ingredients. In Brazil, The Good Food Institute reported that 67% of consumers reduced their meat intake in 2024, and over 30% of Brazilians now purchase plant-based products on a regular basis.
