Sylvestre Natural Ingredients, through its Food Safety and Quality Management System, is committed to the safety of its products and continuous improvement, and pledges to:
Manufacture and deliver products safe for their intended use, ensuring consumer health throughout the process by implementing and maintaining prerequisite programs and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) plan, guaranteeing quality and food safety standards from raw material acquisition to the final product shipment, and meeting customer requirements;
Comply with current legal, good manufacturing practices, and regulatory requirements for Food Safety and Quality;
Promote a culture of continuous improvement in Food Safety and Quality through employee training programs to ensure the necessary competence for producing safe products, thus providing the necessary resources to maintain the program;
Ensure this policy is communicated, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organization, ensuring employee understanding, as well as communicated to all customers and suppliers.
